During the construction of Winchester Green, temporary parking arrangements have been made to accommodate tenants and visitors of Science Park 4, Science Park 5, Winchester Lofts, and Winchester Works. These measures aim to minimize inconvenience and maintain safe, efficient parking options throughout the duration of the project.

Science Park 4 and Science Park 5 Tenants:

  • The Science Park 4 North Lot and Science Park 4 South Lot will serve as primary parking locations for tenants and visitors of both Science Park 4 and Science Park 5 buildings. Additionally, the Highville Lot has been designated as an overflow parking space to further ease parking demands for these buildings.

Winchester Lofts Tenants:

  • Tenants and visitors for Winchester Lofts will be redirected to the North Lot and The Courtyard Lot as the primary parking spaces. The Tract J Lot will serve as a secondary parking option.

Winchester Works Tenants:

  • Parking for Winchester Works will continue to the Tract J Lot as their primary parking lot.

All lots are expected to be well-lit and secure, with signage clearly indicating temporary parking arrangements.
